While you're at the cottage, you will find the island style home has tons of amenities to make your vacation perfect. The cottage offers a Bayview from the upstairs deck. Ocean Reef Cottages offer a community pool for our guests to enjoy. This cottage is perfect if you are going to enjoy the world class fishing in Rockport. The home offers plenty of room to park your boat as well your other vehicles. Master Bedroom - The Master Bedroom features a large king-size bed with the amazingly comfortable bedding and mattress. The bedroom has a Smart TV featuring free entertainment and streaming is available with your favorite app. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in closet and double vanity with plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town.
Guest Bedroom - The Guest Bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with soft comfortable bedding. The bedroom has a Smart TV with free entertainment and streaming is available from your favorite app.
Bunk Room - The Bunk Room features a twin bed over a full bed, both offer comfortable mattresses and soft/cool bedding. The Bunk Room has a Smart TV with free entertainment and streaming from your favorite app. The bedroom has games and books for the kids and adults of all ages.
Living Room - The Living Room is open concept with plenty of room for your family and friends. The couch folds out to a surprisingly comfortable sofa-sleeper. The Living Room has a large Smart TV with plenty of free entertainment or you cast from your device or log into your favorite streaming service. The living room, and all of the bedrooms, have a ceiling fan to help keep the cold A/C circulating. The room is tastefully decorated and will make you feel right at home.
Kitchen - The fully stocked kitchen offers our guests everything they need to feel right at home. The kitchen has a dual coffee maker which allows for K-Cups and/or regular brewed coffee. The cottage offers all of the dishes and utensils you will need along with a full set of pots/pans. We didn't forget the little ones either with a full set of utensils and dishes for the kiddos. We also offer an Insta-Pot, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer and more.
Dining Room - The dining room offers a great place for family/friends to gather for a meal or to play one of the many games we have. The dining room has seating for six at the table with an additional four stools at the kitchen counter.
Outside - Some of the best features of this cottage are outside. The patio offers four large deck chairs and downstairs there is a large picnic table that was handmade by your hosts! The propane grill is perfect after a day at the beach to grill up some burgers, steaks or evens some fresh caught fish. The fish cleaning station offers a place to clean your fresh caught fish and the outdoor shower can wash away the beach.
